The Job Description

This role will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, securing press coverage, managing partnerships, and fostering a vibrant online and offline community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute PR strategies to elevate Wedded Wonderland's brand visibility globally.

  2. Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure press coverage, collaborations, and thought leadership opportunities.

  3. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and brand communications, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with strategic goals.

  4. Identify and pitch newsworthy stories to top-tier publications, digital platforms, and broadcast media.

  5. Monitor and report on media coverage, brand sentiment, and PR performance.

Content & Brand Communication

  1. Develop and oversee brand messaging across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging voice.

  2. Manage internal and external communications, including newsletters, blog content, website updates, and corporate announcements.

  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media content, campaign messaging, and promotional materials.

  4. Support executive communications and thought leadership, including speeches, interviews, and panel discussions.

Community Management & Engagement

  1. Oversee and nurture Wedded Wonderland's online and offline communities, fostering relationships with couples, vendors, and brand partners.

  2. Develop and manage community engagement strategies, including exclusive events, online discussions, and ambassador programs.

  3. Act as the brand voice in digital conversations, responding to community inquiries and engaging audiences across social media, forums, and email channels.

  4. Implement community-driven initiatives such as live Q&As, industry roundtables, and networking opportunities.

  5. Monitor trends, feedback, and sentiment, using insights to inform PR and communication strategies.

Event & Partnership Communications

  1. Support event PR and media outreach, ensuring high-profile attendance and coverage.

  2. Develop strategic partnerships with brands, influencers, and media to amplify Wedded Wonderland's reach.

  3. Manage collaborations with industry leaders, vendors, and tourism boards to drive visibility and engagement.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years experience in PR, communications, or community management, preferably in weddings, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury industries.

  2. Strong network of media, influencers, and industry contacts.

  3. Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

  4. Experience managing social media communities and brand engagement.

  5. Proven track record in developing and executing PR campaigns that generate media coverage.

  6. Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

  7. Passion for weddings, events, and luxury branding.
