About the Role

  • Work Discipline & Team Collaboration:

  • UI/UX Design (Web, Mobile & Marketing Materials):

    • Suggest color themes, typography, and design systems to maintain a consistent visual identity.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine designs.

    • Define UI components and design systems for consistency across applications.
    • Ensure designs are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for different screen sizes.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
    • Test to ensure the implemented design matches the intended UI/UX design.
    • Identify and report any UI/UX inconsistencies or issues.
    • Work closely with engineers, developers, testers, project managers, software analysts, or clients to refine and improve the final design.
    • Continuously update and refine designs based on project progress, user feedback, and changing requirements.

Qualifications & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design for websites, mobile applications, and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design system management.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and design systems.
  • Experience in logo design and maintaining brand consistency across digital assets.
  • Ability to gather and document software requirements, creating user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to continuously update designs based on project progress and feedback.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with developers, testers, and stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify UI/UX inconsistencies.
  • Good communication skills and ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Commitment to punctuality and meeting project deadlines.
