Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare timely financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining accurate finance and accounting records.
  • Bookkeeping and Consolidation: Handle general bookkeeping and consolidation functions, including preparing cash position reports and accounting schedules.
  • Transaction Review: Review and post all transactions under GPS (manual payment, official receipt, and journal entries).
  • Budget Preparation: Collaborate with department heads to prepare the annual/monthly operating budget.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
