We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support function. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality support experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to align with business objectives

Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices and customer journey management
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of customer support agents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret customer feedback and metrics
