We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Security Surveillance Monitor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance cameras, observing customer behavior, documenting incidents, and collaborating with the security team.

• Monitor multiple surveillance cameras to identify potential security threats or suspicious activity.
• Observe customer behavior during check-in and check-out processes to prevent theft and fraud.
• Document and report any incidents or security breaches to appropriate personnel.
• Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, or emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and observations.
