Job Description

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and supporting technological solutions. You will also set up CI/CD pipelines for production deploys, develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems, create and maintain infrastructure as code configurations to set up cloud environments on AWS and Cloudflare.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, ideally with 1+ Associate level certification in AWS. They should also have work experience in infrastructure, database, and network administration for highly available and scalable applications.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Linux System Administration & Bash scripting, proven experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework and AWS Serverless technologies, familiarity with web services, APIs, and RESTful architecture, solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and distributed networks.

They should also be able to manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, and familiarity with the open-source monitoring stack of Grafana.

A development background with experience in Python, NodeJS, Nginx Configuration is also desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical / problem solving skills.
