Job Description
As a Senior Accountant, you will oversee financial processes and review work output for multiple areas, including sales and receivables, reconciliation, commission computation, and reporting requirements. You will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, maintain subsidiary ledgers, and perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the Associate Accounting Manager.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee sales and receivables for Biologics, Joints & Equipment, Spine & Sports, and monitor collections received in QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile Biologics Sales and ensure accurate commission computations.
  • Compute commissions for the month per division based on aligned commission policies and review previous months for unreleased commissions.
  • Maintain hardcopy filing of commissions paid and release commission payments to sales teams.
  • Perform bank reconciliations for BPI Implants, BDO Implants, BDO Equipment, and BDO Biologics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent and have at least 2-5 years relevant accounting, audit, and tax work experience. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Accountant/Specialist leading a team is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong background in tax and financial reporting standards, excellent communication skills, and knowledge or experience in QuickBooks and SAP.
