Job Overview

The Master Data Administrator is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of vendor master data. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with various stakeholders to maintain and validate supplier information in our SAP system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business questions related to vendor master data.
  • Complete requests both in COUPA and in MDG for vendor master data in a timely, accurate manner by performing integrity checks.
  • Maintain and validate supplier banking information in the SAP system.
  • Analyze and improve data quality, which includes running regular scheduled data audit reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or similar specialty.
  • 2-4 years relevant working experience with Master Data processes in SAP or other integrated systems.
  • Experience with SAP/MDG is required.
