Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that support business-critical operations.

This role requires strong expertise in PHP (Laravel framework), front-end technologies, and Python for data integration, automation, and backend processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant applications, while also contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP (Laravel framework) and modern JavaScript libraries.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
  • Leverage Python for automation, data processing, and backend services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Implement security best practices in applications and data handling.
  • Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimization.
  • RESTful API development and integration, including payment gateways and accounting APIs.
  • Python for backend services, automation, and data workflows.
  • Front-end development with JavaScript and React, plus experience with InertiaJS.
  • PHP 8.1 and above with strong knowledge of MVC frameworks (Laravel V10 above) and adherence to PSR standards.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.
