Job Overview

1070 Realty is seeking a dynamic and motivated sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling residential and commercial properties, building relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties, conduct property showings, and provide detailed information about features, prices, and market trends.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Advise clients on property values, financing options, and market conditions, negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers, and maintain and build relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research, prepare property listings and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, online ads), and stay up to date with real estate trends, local market conditions, and legal regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet sales targets and deadlines as set by the company.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and property laws, ability to work independently and as part of a team, highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and meet sales goals.
  • Educational Background: Valid real estate license (as required by local regulations) and computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office and real estate platforms.
