Key Responsibilities- Assess the novelty of a manuscript, evaluating whether it presents original research or insights in its field.
- Evaluate study design and methodology, ensuring that research is comprehensive, clearly described, and reproducible.
- Conduct a thorough literature review, verifying that relevant research has been incorporated and cited properly.
- Analyze results and conclusions, determining whether they are supported by data and significant in their field.
- Provide constructive feedback, suggesting improvements and highlighting potential flaws or concerns.
- A doctorate (PhD/MD) or equivalent advanced degree in the subject area.
- At least two publications in the last two years within the field.
- A deep understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise feedback.
