About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the admissions process from start to finish, ensuring that all candidates receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the admissions process, including reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making decisions on candidate suitability.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to promote our programs and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the admissions process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in admissions and recruitment.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in academic or admission roles is an advantage.
