Role Overview

ShopBack is seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to create engaging ad creatives and bridge the gap between internal teams, UGC creators, and performance marketers. This role requires working with US timezone to drive outcomes for the US market.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing, with a strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source and manage UGC creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Essential Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to develop new workflows and enhance productivity
