Lead Financial Analyst

This role requires strong experience and a willingness to travel to project sites across the country, providing opportunities for growth and development.

• Financial Analysis: Perform Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss analysis to support financial planning and reporting, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Financial Insights: Provide accurate and actionable financial recommendations to management, driving informed decision-making.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity and accuracy.
• Support Services: Collaborate with project teams to provide financial data related to construction operations, facilitating effective project management.
• Travel Requirements: Travel to project sites as required, possessing a valid driver's license and being able to adapt to changing circumstances.

• Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
• Proven Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the construction industry, showcasing expertise and knowledge.
• Reporting Skills: Strong knowledge of Balance Sheet and P&L reporting, including data analysis and interpretation.
• Communication: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
