Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop Structured Training Materials
    • Create comprehensive training modules on appraisal processes, valuation techniques, and tools like a la mode, Valcre, and similar platforms.
  • Customize Training Sessions
    • Tailor training programs for new hires, client VA returnees, and cross-department trainees.
  • Evaluate Trainee Progress
    • Assess trainee performance through evaluations, live tasks, and detailed feedback.
  • Support Trainees
    • Provide guidance and address challenges faced by trainees in applying learning to real-world scenarios.

Key Qualifications

  • Expertise in Appraisal Processes

  • Strong Communication Skills
