Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Account Executive at Sydenham Laboratories Inc, you will be responsible for planning annual sales and purchase order forecasts for assigned clients. Your goal will be to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales & Purchase order targets. You will integrate fast, accurate, and reliable sales skills in dealing with customer requests, comments, and complaints. You will manage client orders from receipt up to delivery to ensure standards and client expectations are met. You will understand the company's capabilities and services in order to effectively offer products and services to all clients (existing, new, and prospective). You will act as the liaison between the company and its clients. You will prepare updates and reports for weekly and monthly PO and sales deliveries. You will communicate and facilitate meetings with different departments in order to meet client expectations and serve the company's interest. You will manage client orders from receipt up to delivery to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

Requirements:
