QA Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist who can also take on support and project management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and test completed work to identify defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues.
- Log and track bugs in Trello, providing clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.
- Identify not only task-specific defects but also related side issues that could impact project quality.
- Ensure issues are addressed before delivery to the client.
- Liaise directly with clients to assess incoming support requests, clarifying requirements where needed.
- Translate client feedback into actionable tasks for the development team.
- Prioritize and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Track project progress and update relevant stakeholders.
- Send back completed work / tasks to client for testing with clear communication and steps to test
- Work within Trello and Jira to manage and monitor tasks.
- Ensure project documentation is up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflows.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 5+ years' experience in manual QA, strong familiarity with Trello, Jira, or similar project management tools, excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
