At IOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc, we're on a mission to revolutionize the sales landscape. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through meticulous research and outreach efforts.
  • Cold Calling and Emailing: Proactively engage with prospects to initiate contact and gauge interest.
  • Follow Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to ensure continued engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
  • Pipeline Management: Ensure the sales pipeline is organized and up-to-date, with accurate tracking and management of leads.
  • CRM Utilization: Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track interactions, and provide regular updates to the sales team.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Closing Smaller Deals: Take ownership of smaller deals, guiding them through the sales process to closure.
  • Handing Off Large Deals: Identify larger opportunities and seamlessly hand them off to senior sales team members for further development and closure.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 Years of Relevant Experience: Preferably with a proven track record in sales or a related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Cold Calling and Emailing Experience: Proven ability to successfully engage with prospects through cold calling and emailing.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • CRM Software Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Nice to Have:
  • HubSpot CRM Experience: Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Tech Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a tech startup environment.
