HR Administrator for Japanese Plastic Mold Production

Job Summary:
Dempsey Inc seeks a skilled HR Administrator to support the company's Japanese Plastic Mold production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and administering personnel policies and programs, managing company rules and regulations, and coordinating with service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement personnel policies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.
2. Manage the implementation of company rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
3. Coordinate with service providers to monitor and evaluate their services and identify areas for improvement.
4. Plan and prepare annual training matrices and training plans, coordinating the implementation of in-house training programs.
5. Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applications, and onboarding new employees.
6. Process visas and AEP renewals for Japanese staff.
7. Address employee conflicts and work with management to impose discipline or corrective action.
8. Facilitate the organization of committees to implement various programs.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
10. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Evaluate and renew service provider contracts.
12. Stay updated on new government laws, rulings, and announcements applicable to the company and employees.
13. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management review and discussion.
14. Assist with planning and execution of special events, such as company-wide meetings and employee recognition events.
15. Ensure compliance with DOLE, PEZA, and Daiichi Ecozone standard rules and regulations related to labor and health.
16. Promote employee health and well-being programs.
17. Supervise HR staff and admin personnel.
Requirements:
* BS Psychology graduate
* 3-5 years of experience as an HR practitioner
* Smart, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
