Dynamic Motion Graphics Designer

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled Motion Designer to join their team. With 13 years of experience in transforming emerging and established brands, they specialize in crafting compelling brand identities and integrating them with powerful marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of motion design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop), and strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into compelling motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement
  • Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, After Effects scripting, compositing, and 3D space
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to take feedback, and implement revisions efficiently
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Positive, humble, and collaborative team player with a solutions-based mindset

Portfolio Requirement:

Candidates must submit a motion reel and portfolio showcasing their animation work.
