We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing project scope, resources and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
  • Plan and sequence project activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and utilization.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication between clients and the development team.
Project Execution and Agile Process Management
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
  • Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports), tracking project performance with metrics-driven project tracking.
Monitoring, Reporting and Metrics
  • Track project performance using KPIs and metrics, sending regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups, identifying areas for improvement.
Leadership and Team Support
  • Act as mediator between client and team, resolving conflicts and removing blockers.
  • Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals, advocating collaboration and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement and Documentation
  • Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity, conducting post-mortems for major incidents.
  • Ensure project documentation is centralized and regularly updated, maintaining a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of successful project delivery and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical action.
  • A strategic thinker, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
Work Schedule
  • Part-time | 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (2 days a week only)
