Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Supervisor to lead and manage multiple tax operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to deliver quality tax services, provide tax advisory, and drive team production.

This role requires strong leadership skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and expertise in US taxation principles and procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing preparation of federal tax returns, ensuring timely creation of tax documentation, and conducting second-level review of tax provisions.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role, a C.A./MBA(Finance) degree, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
  • Tax Advisory: Provide tax advisory to clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative outcomes.
  • Tax Operations: Lead and manage multiple tax operations to deliver quality tax services as per agreed agreements.
  • Team Management: Drive team production throughout the cycle, delegating and organizing work to maximize efficiency.
  • Qualifications: Assist in developing guidelines for the team to follow while preparing tax documentation after analyzing US tax provisions.
  • Communication: Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations, ensure deadlines are met, and enhance relationships.
Requirements
  • C.A./MBA(Finance)
  • 5-8+ years of progressive functional experience in a relevant role
  • Advanced Excel knowledge and other tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of US taxation principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of Corporate taxation principles and procedures
  • Knowledge of Internal Audit principles and process
  • Knowledge of document and report preparation for management information and control
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and software
