About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Holistic Approach Systems Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues with computers, servers, network devices, printers, and other equipment.
  • System Installation and Maintenance: Set up and configure new hardware and software, update existing systems, and ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
  • Technical Support: Provide assistance to users via phone, email, or in-person, explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Routine Maintenance Tasks: Perform tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, updating software, and backing up data.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, service requests, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure support
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
