Key Responsibilities
  1. Monitor Corporate Events: Track shareholder meetings, financial market information, and other relevant data from various sources like EDGAR and company websites.
  2. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and process financial market information from multiple data sources into internal databases.
  3. Shareholder Actions: Understand shareholder actions and activist intentions, encoding meeting agendas and vote results into databases.
  4. CORPORATE ACTIONS: Keep track of corporate actions, including policy adoptions and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Fundamental understanding of Corporate Governance and Activism.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive thinker proficient in multi-tasking.
  • Intermediate problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines.
