We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our remote billing and collections team. As part of our growing operations, we're looking for someone to manage insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities with high accuracy.
This role involves managing insurance billing and collections for assigned facilities, reviewing and processing claims with a high degree of accuracy, investigating and resolving billing discrepancies in collaboration with payers and facility staff, maintaining billing records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, and utilizing billing software and tools to ensure efficient workflow.

- Provide exceptional customer service and communication with healthcare providers and payers
- Identify and address potential billing issues before they impact patient care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators and payers
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance
