Senior Learning Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Experience Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to design and develop engaging learning experiences that drive business results.

About the Role

This role will focus on creating innovative training programs, workshops, and other learning solutions that cater to the needs of our employees. As a Senior Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing interactive learning content using various tools and technologies
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning gaps and develop targeted training solutions
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing training programs and identifying areas for improvement

You will also have the opportunity to lead small projects, communicate with stakeholders, and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, adult education, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing engaging learning experiences using various tools and technologies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and practices
