Job Opportunity: Accounting Controller

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Controller to fill a key position in our finance department. As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting, as well as maintaining strong cash flow and compliance with accounting standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the month-end close process, including reconciliations and financial statements, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategies and drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Certified Public Accountant preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, showcasing expertise in process improvement and cost reduction.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that drive cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is highly valued, demonstrating adaptability and industry knowledge.
