  • MEPF BIM Reference Drawings/Design Review: Conduct thorough reviews and checks of MEPF BIM reference drawings/designs to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Revit MEPF Work Model Creation: Prepare high-quality Revit MEPF work models to LOD 350-500, guaranteeing that all graphic presentations meet drawing standards.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal project teams and operations teams to guarantee smooth project execution.
  • BIM Model Updates: Update MEPF BIM models in accordance with design modifications and engineer's instructions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering: Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with a license but not mandatory.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 3 years of working experience and proficiency in BIM, Revit, Autocad, and MS Excel.

Working Environment:

The selected candidate will be based in Quezon City and will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and excellence in construction practices.
