As a skilled Drafter, you will play a key role in supporting the design team by taking initial sketches and transforming them into high-quality, professional CAD drawings that meet client standards.

• Create technical drawings from basic to advanced complexity based on hand sketches provided by designers.
• Refine and format CAD drawings for presentation, aligning with industry standards.
• Edit schematic drawings based on feedback.
• Complete detailed documentation post-design development, including dimensions, door & window sizes, plans, and more.
• Revise floor plans and layouts in response to markups.
• Ensure precision and consistency in every drawing update.

• Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups.
• Ability to interpret sketches and translate them into precise CAD files.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
