About the Role

The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for our food manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and implement effective internal controls to mitigate risks.
  • Analyze and review various financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements and management reports, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Evaluate job performance of subordinates, providing coaching and guidance to improve skills and productivity.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and ensure integrity of financial records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a food manufacturing company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
