  3. System Administration & Reporting:
    Generate progress reports related to data migration and learning history.
    Provide regular updates to stakeholders on migration status.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in LMS administration, preferably with Workday Learning.
  3. Experience in data migration, data integrity review, and system testing.
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for data analysis.
