Lead Coffee Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Coffee Connoisseur to join our team at Crackerjack Corporation.

• Promote coffee consumption by educating customers on coffee drinks, equipment, and accessories.
• Sell coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and preparation machines.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including pastries and cookies.

1. Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu, answering questions, and providing personalized recommendations.
2. Sell coffees and coffee equipment by highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
3. Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to recipes and preparation techniques.
4. Maintain inventories of coffee beans, brewing equipment, and supplies.
5. Keep equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance.
6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to sanitation regulations and company standards.
7. Enhance the coffee shop experience by continuously improving processes, implementing changes, and maintaining a high level of quality.

• Extensive knowledge of coffee, its production, and brewing methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
