Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in the healthcare industry
- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions and alternatives within time limits
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
- Assist customers with technical issues related to video technology
Requirements:
- High school or Senior High School graduate
- Must have laptop or desktop for virtual hiring process with webcam
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to work onsite
- Ability to start work as soon as possible
