Payroll Administrator

The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our compensation system. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll data accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines for regular payrolls and special payments.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports for review and approval by the Finance Department.
- Coordinate with employees to ensure timely receipt of payslips and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Finance Department to administer benefits, including 13th month pay and bonuses.
- Prepare summary reports on annual benefit payments for management review.
- Compute final pay for departing employees, taking into account various factors such as unpaid leave, tax adjustments, and approved allowances.
- Prepare and submit necessary documents, including the annual BIR alphalist and employees' BIR Form 2316.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources or business administration.
- At least five years of experience in payroll or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.
