Job Title: WordPress Expert Support SpecialistThe Senior Technical Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex technical issues efficiently.Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert assistance to WordPress users through ticket and live chat based help desk systems, ensuring prompt resolution of their queries and concerns.
  • Guide customers on how to utilize specific products by offering clear instructions and accurate information, thereby enhancing their overall experience.
  • Diligently diagnose problems that customers encounter on their sites, providing actionable solutions to address these challenges.
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues to identify the root cause of the problem, collaborating with the development team to implement effective fixes.
  • Create detailed bug reports for developers to facilitate swift understanding and identification of the issue, leading to timely resolutions.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise with the latest developments in the WordPress ecosystem, prioritizing ongoing education and skill enhancement.

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress and comprehensive knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem.
