Video Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced video content creator to join our team as a contractor. As a video content creator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging video content that drives visibility and conversion for our brand.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in video editing and a strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement. They will also be proficient in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync, captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social media.

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile clearly marked as "Independent Contractor".

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality, engaging video content that drives visibility and conversion for our brand.
  • Work with a library of professionally shot footage to transform it into story-driven content for social media, paid ads, landing pages, sales tools, and client learning modules.
  • Meet the agreed scope and purpose outlined in the monthly brief.
  • Complete all agreed deliverables within the monthly timeframe.
  • Serve the intended purpose of the content – whether that's social engagement, sales conversion, brand positioning, or client education.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in video editing across marketing, content, or production.
  • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in colour grading, LUTs, multi-cam sync, captions, overlays, transitions, and motion graphics for social media.
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal).

Bonus: Experience with 360° and drone footage, YouTube SEO editing practices, and creating VSLs.
