About the Role:

The accounting manager will be responsible for leading the financial and accounting functions of our organization. This role requires a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial planning and reporting systems.
    • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Accounting Operations:
    • Implement effective accounting control and compliance procedures.
    • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Tax Management:
    • Manage tax matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Prepare and file tax returns on behalf of the organization.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Foster a high-performing team and provide leadership and development opportunities.
    • Cultivate strong cross-functional relationships and drive operational excellence throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • At least 15 years experience in accounting, with at least 5 years as an accounting manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
