We are a dynamic company seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a crucial role in pre-qualifying clients about their healthcare insurance.
Salary InformationThe estimated salary for this position is around PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs an Insurance Sales Associate at TORCH Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients and assess their insurance needs. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and provide personalized solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Prior BPO experience is preferred but not required
- You must be a high school graduate
- Great communication skills are essential
- No other work or school commitments allowed
- You should be computer literate
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to varying shifts
