As an Executive Partner, you will be responsible for coordinating board meetings, facilitating leadership team meetings, organizing cultural initiatives, and supporting strategic projects.

You will work closely with our CEO to develop and implement strategies that drive business success, while also fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive and strategic support to the CEO
  • Coordinate board meetings and leadership team meetings
  • Organize cultural initiatives and special projects
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies
Requirements
  • Proven track record of excellence in a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
  • Skilled in using AI tools and eager to experiment with new solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to juggle priorities and keep projects on track
