The role of a Customer Support Representative is crucial in ensuring timely and professional support to clients' customers across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms.
- Provide assistance and resolution for common concerns, including booking issues, refunds, and general service questions.
- Review and process applications, ensuring all details and verification requirements are complete.
- Perform booking modifications as requested by clients or sitters.
- Escalate high-priority or sensitive issues to senior agents or managers when necessary.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a Customer Support role handling phone, email, and chat.
- Ideally, you have worked for an Australian company before and understand the Australian market.
- Experience in a startup company is a plus.
- You have a love for pets: this will help you understand and communicate with users who love pets.
