Job DescriptionThis role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and inquiries from offices and agents. The successful candidate will be proficient in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and responsible for managing and supporting all GDS-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English skills, experience in Sales or Customer Service preferably in the Travel/Hospitality industry, working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook & CRM tools, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
