The Customer Experience Manager at KMC Solutions is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management:
  • Provides support on the reception/front desk by answering and dispersing calls, welcoming applicants and visitors, responding to tenant concerns, handling daily mail, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
  • General Services / Tenant Services:
  • Leads the workplace team, assists with conference room reservations, reports and coordinates any workplace issues, provides effective solutions to problems, and offers administrative support to members.
  • General Admin:
  • Ticket requests are attended to, SLA breaches are ensured not to occur, assistance is provided in check releasing, office tours are conducted with prospective clients and marketing events, refreshments are offered to clients, simple IT concerns are addressed, vendor coordination is performed for client requests below 20K, furniture and fixture asset tags are ensured to be intact and complete, energy conservation initiatives are conducted, monthly treats are distributed, operational processes are followed, house rules and security policies are enforced, site concerns are attended to, site leads' monthly meetings are organized, permits are posted and updated, email blasts and circular memos from the building are cascaded accordingly, trackers are accurate and updated, onsite storage is kept clean and organized, petty cash management is handled, site expenses are monitored, utility personnel management is performed, assigned tasks of utility personnel are ensured to be performed and/or accomplished.
