We are seeking a highly skilled Baker to join our team at Mugen Group Ph.

The estimated salary for this position ranges from PHP 25,000 to PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Produce high-quality baked goods in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

• Certificate or Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts or related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in commercial baking.
• Familiarity with basic baking equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

This position requires the ability to work in a hot kitchen environment with frequent exposure to flour, sugar, and other allergens. The ideal candidate must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
