  • Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.">
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.">
  • Marketing background or experience is a plus.">
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.">
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.">
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.">
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.">
  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.">
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.">
  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS.">
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only.">
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated.">
