Remote Customer Service Representative

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.">
- Marketing background or experience is a plus.">
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.">
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.">
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.">
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.">
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.">
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.">

- Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only.">
