  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration, contributing to team meetings and events to enhance collective expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Accountability: Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, meeting commitments to clients and colleagues while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise: 10+ years of experience with relevant integration tools, including middleware, ESB, ETL/MDM, API Gateway, and MuleSoft developer and architect certification.
  • Delivery Track Record: Proven delivery track record on medium to large digital transformation programs, with experience working in Private and Public Sector environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively under pressure.
