AI Workflow Optimization Lead

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled AI Workflow Optimization Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven workflows across our operations.

This senior-level position will lead cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, reduce manual dependencies, and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation, as well as strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and will be able to evaluate hosting and integration platforms to recommend the best-fit solutions for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual workloads
  • Evaluate and recommend hosting and integration platforms to support our AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI workflow development, process automation, and intelligent agent implementation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills to drive change within our organization.
