About the Role

SBDMC Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, particularly in regards to electro-mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair electro-mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems, telephone systems, and other related infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including SBMA authorities and Subicwater, to resolve any issues related to electro-mechanical systems.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
