Senior Business Development Manager

Growth and Performance Goals:
- Drive Health Solutions growth strategies, focusing on business results and growth.
- Lead client portfolio management, contributing to annual planning cycles and executing agreed-upon growth plans.
- Oversight of Market Assessment processes, growth planning frameworks, and effective revenue, profitability, and billing management.
- Collaborate with Health Solutions Sales Leaders on shared pipeline ownership, resource allocation, and enhanced client retention.
Client Partnerships:
- Forge strong relationships with key clients, positively influencing sales, retention, and expansion efforts.
- Maintain high Net Promoter Scores, refine value propositions, and strengthen partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry innovations and groundbreaking ideas in benefits (life, medical, flexible benefits, etc.).
Operational Effectiveness:
- Ensure accurate and timely lead and pipeline entries into internal systems.
- Review outgoing client materials, including renewal contracts, client workshops, and claim utilization analysis.
- Optimize claim utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
- Manage client records, including policy documentation and billing information.
Leadership Excellence:
- Foster trusted relationships with CRHA leaders to drive collaboration and Aon United initiatives.
- Develop High-Potential talent, address expertise gaps, and serve as a support system for team members.
- Monitor service delivery and performance among Account Executives.
