We are seeking a highly skilled ICU RN Compliance Specialist to join our team at Linda Hausermann & Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with medical regulations and guidelines related to post payment claims auditing.
As an ICU RN Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing post payment claims to ensure that they meet all relevant regulatory requirements. Your expertise in ICU nursing and knowledge of ICD 9/10, CPT/HCPCS coding, DRG guidelines, correct coding initiative, revenue codes, modifiers, and APC reimbursement will be invaluable in identifying potential errors and areas for improvement.
You will also be required to communicate complex information effectively to stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and regulatory agencies. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with your ability to work independently and as part of a team, will be essential in this role.
