Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Web Development Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the evolution of our WordPress ecosystem, building new features, templates, and custom plugins, improving performance and security, and maintaining reliable deployments.

You will also extend beyond WordPress using modern stacks where appropriate, such as React, Next.js, headless CMS, custom APIs, and integrations with booking, CRM, and payments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress, PHP, custom themes, ACF, Gutenberg, and WooCommerce
  • Strong skills in HTML and CSS, Tailwind or similar utility CSS, component-driven design, DevOps and hosting, Git and GitHub, CI/CD, AWS or similar, Docker, Cloudflare
  • Experience with SEO and analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, Hotjar or similar, A/B testing tools, Rank Math or Yoast
  • Familiarity with performance, image optimization, caching, lazy loading, database tuning, Core Web Vitals
